Trust God

Have you ever wondered where racism starts? If you have, I’ll tell you. It’s comes from pride. Pride is the root of all sin. All sin is born from pride.

Pride is powerful, it can destroy mankind. This is why we have hate, racism, wars, crime, anger, envy, jealousy, lust, gluttony, greed, violence, gossip, and all this comes from a single persons pride. This is truly something that we must overcome and learn to “Love One Another” if we are going to walk with God.

Hate overrides someone’s ability to love. What is so terrible about another person’s skin color? Why do we blame one race for this or another race for that? We are all human beings created by God. We all make mistakes. The important thing is to “Love One Another” and care enough to help each other out.

This is how you change the world, by expressing your love to another person. It can be by a warm smile, a helping hand, or just a kind word. Imagine if people started doing these things, it would catch on and spread like wildfire, conquering the barriers of racism.

If someone is not doing something right way, then we need to teach them in a loving way. Share from your heart. Imagine the blessings God would bestow upon a nation where their main focus was helping each other out. The nation would become a prosperous nation and everyone’s needs would be met, those like food, shelter and clothing.

Why can’t we all get along with one another? We are a mixture of races. If we are going to live together, then we need to respect one another, otherwise all we’re going to see is misery and that misery is going to live inside us and it is darkness.

Respect other people’s beliefs. Nothing worse than bashing someone else’s beliefs, or trying to push your beliefs onto another person. It’s your belief, seek the truth in it and if you don’t find it, you might want to move on. People have gone as far as killing others to force their beliefs on to them, this is not how it’s done.

People have been committing senseless killings of people in the name of God for many years. Did not God say, ‘Thou shalt not kill?’ Taking God’s name and using it in vain is another one of His commandments. So, why do people continue to do this? Pride.

I would believe the best way to win someone over to your beliefs is to act like God wants us to act. Bearing the good fruits like, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfullness, gentleness and self control. A true man of God will show these fruits by their actions, by the way they live their life on a daily basis, by showing how they “Love One Another”. This is how people see the Lord in you.

Calling yourself (fill in the blank) and then practicing bad fruits like when self indulgence is at work the results are obvious: fornication, gross indecency, sexual irresponsibility, idolatry, sorcery, feuds, wrangling, jealousy, bad temper, quarrels, disagreements, factions, envy, drunkenness and similar things. Would you convert to someones belief when they practice or act in these ways?

I realize we are not perfect, but by the Grace of God we can all work and live together in peace and harmony if we would only lay down our pride and “Love One Another”.
