The youths these days are just out of control and need more support. They do not seem to care about school, just what people think about them. I am actually a volunteer in my church in the "young people's group" group. We get together and help each other put in many different ways. Take for instance, we are going to paint the Sunday school room Saturday and then decorate the social hall together. I wish that there were more people involved in this, but I take it for "as is". We just did a rummage sale/bake sale a couple of weeks ago and raised some money to start out the "young people's group". I think that it is a wonderful idea to get out there and try to get more young people involved. It is so hard to get them off the couch, away from the computer, or game system. There are two kinds of love, created and uncreated. Created love comes from the flesh and uncreated love comes from God. Created love is temporary and is focused on selfish things like what the world has to offer such as, food, materials, lusts, etc. Uncreated love is true love, love that lasts forever. Marriage is a union and if one truely loves their spouse, then they will do whatever it takes to fulfill their needs, make them happy, show them that they care about them more then they do about themselves. The flesh is not redeemable because of the fact that it will always be corrupt, only the soul can be redeemed. The flesh and spirit are at war with each other, hence the "battlefield of the mind." That's why we are to renew our mind daily and stay washed in the Word. It takes effort to walk in the spirit, but it's very easy to walk in the flesh. Very good post!
